Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. As a teenager She was awarded her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her college education. In 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card to finish her college education. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than happy of her performance. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body each year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using the machine along with bent-over rows. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to her working sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way possible. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she does.
